This policy explains what information Pit Row Threads collects when you shop with us, how we use it, who we share it with, and how we protect it.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address and what you ordered.
- Payment details: handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers; we only see the last four digits and card type.
- Email list: your email address, if you sign up for news and new drops.
- Basic technical data: your IP address and browser information in our server logs, used to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To process your payment, make your order and ship it to you.
- To email you about your order: receipts, shipping and tracking updates, and answers to your questions.
- To send news about new designs and offers, only if you signed up. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
Who we share it with, and how
We share only what each partner needs to do its job, and we never sell your information.
- Stripe processes your payment.
- Our print partners, Printful and Printify, receive your name, shipping address, phone and email to print and ship your order.
- Shipping carriers (such as USPS, UPS or FedEx) receive your name and address from our print partners to deliver your package.
- Our web and email host, Hostinger, stores the site and sends our emails.
Information is sent to these partners electronically over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections through their secure systems. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How we keep it safe
- The entire site uses HTTPS encryption.
- Payments are handled by Stripe, which is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the highest level of payment security. We never store card numbers.
- Our store data is kept on a private server, behind password-protected access that only we can use, and our partner accounts are secured with private access keys.
- We only keep what we need to run the store.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to remember your shopping cart. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop marketing emails, email hello@pitrowthreads.com. We keep order records only as long as tax and accounting rules require.
