Shipping & returns

Printed to order

Every Pit Row Threads item is printed after you order it. That keeps waste down and lets us offer every design on every style and color. Most orders are printed and shipped within 2–5 business days.

Shipping

• We ship to addresses in the United States.
• Standard shipping is $5.99 for a tee, long sleeve or tank, or $9.49 when your order includes a hoodie or crewneck. Each additional item adds $2.50 (tees) or $3.00 (sweatshirts).
• Hats ship separately from apparel: $4.99 for the first hat and $2.50 for each additional hat.
• Shipping is free on orders over $75.00.
• Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after your order ships. You'll get a tracking email as soon as it's on the way.
• Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages.

Returns & exchanges

Because each item is made just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size guide before ordering.

If something's wrong, we'll make it right. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, email us within 30 days of delivery at hello@pitrowthreads.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.

Wrong address or lost package

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, we can reship it for the cost of shipping. If tracking shows your package as lost, contact us and we'll sort it out.
